What a pleasure it was to see the Gordon sisters' talent in person. Their aesthetic is so precise and cool that it was easy to be completely smitten over their FW 13 collection. With obvious 90s grunge inspiration combined with medieval deconstructed detailing, their pieces was overtly wearable yet totally distinctive. Stiff leathers, drapey silks, and sheer veiled fabric layered with velvet were major players in the presentation. The colour palette and intricate prints (which the girls' mother designs) lent themselves beautifully to the garments. We adored every detail down to the erratic braiding in the models' hair. This duo is definitely doing Toronto's fashion industry proud.
