Wearing: Brandy Melville pants | Topshop top | Vintage sunglasses | H&M sandals On my 40-day anniversary of moving back to Australia I celebrated by going to one of my favourite places on earth, Byron Bay. The first time I visited was in 2012 when I went to a friend's party and I was totally unaware of the beautiful surroundings I would witness when I woke up the next day. I walked the streets barefoot while I admired the organic atmosphere. I ate my first ever Acai berry bowl and any haziness from the night before quickly slipped away. If I didn't have friends and family in Canada that I couldn't live without, this is the place I would be.
We ventured over to The Pass to do a shoot on the rocky beach landscape. Since my days in Byron are usually spent lying on a beach or sitting cross-legged on a bench at a cafe, this outfit was minimally accessorised. A simple off-the-shoulder bardot style top and a flowy pair of pants were my ideal ensemble. I added a delicate hand piece and my angled cateye sunglasses to complete the look. I would have loved to add my black wide-brimmed fedora but sadly it didn't make the cut when I had to cram my whole life into two suitcases!
