Adios summer. Although many will agree that you weren't the warmest swimsuit season of the past few years, I have to say it was thoroughly enjoyed. So much so that we barely spent any time in doors and behind our computer screens (could you tell?). Oh well, on to autumn temperatures, pumpkin spices and leaves of burgundy and brown. Nothing sounds awful about that! Actually, if you've been in the stores lately, the selections for fall fashion are something to get hyped up about! Forever 21, i'm looking at you. This post was shot a couple weekends ago. I had the absolute pleasure of joining my grandparents on their sailboat in Port Dover, Ontario. While most were raised splashing in the lake at their family cottage, I was frolicking around the bow of my grandfathers beloved Flashdancer while trying not to fall in to Lake Erie. This outfit may be one of my last for summer (tear), wearing a floral daisy maxi skirt with a chiffon bardot style crop top and my favourite summer accessory, the backwards baseball cap.
