If endless champagne brunch doesn't set the stage for a great day I'm not sure what does. Paradou's vine-covered, chandelier-strung jardin next to the Highline was the most fantastic place to spend Sunday morning brunching, chatting, and jamming to their perfectly curated playlist for a few hours. After finally forcing ourselves to leave the dynamic crowd and atmosphere, we strolled along the Highline stopping frequently to take pictures, take in the views, and shop the little stalls. We also perused the Alexander Wang flagship (FUR HAMMOCK!) and Topshop in Soho later on in the day, and then headed up to the Upper East side to explore a bit before dipping into Central Park to hang out. The day ended at lovely Cafe Select, an intimate little bistro with great food and sweet decor... twinkle lights hanging from the ceiling?! Be cuter why don't ya! Of course my personal theme of the entire day was "no pants party" so I fully embraced it while trekking around the city. Bottomless champagne, bottomless getup! That's the real motto. But really, believe me that I have a pair of suede shorts on under there! I paired them with a collared Cos split side tunic, mirrored sunnies, black felt fedora, and my trusty Kobe Husk Millenium boots.
