Since this post is extremely picture-heavy, I won't carry on with a long description. These photos were taken in the lovely walled-in city of Avignon which was just perfectly picturesque and quaint with the most lovely shops, galleries, cafes, and other attractions you would expect to come by in France (such as carousels in the middle of the street). I wore this wonderful french terry grey skirt from Zara that has a great crochet lace insert. Paired it with a bustier from Wilfred, and dressed down the two pieces with some comfy Vans and a faux leather jacket. The rest of the photos, you know, the ones with the grand canyons, valleys, and mountains? Surely you didn't miss them. Amazing, right? They were taken at none other than the French grand canyon! In actuality, it is called the Canyon du Verdon. It was absolutely spectacular. The drive alone, with the car clinging to the narrow roads carved into (90 degree drop) cliff sides, was such a thrill. That, coupled with the views, made for a highly recommended trip.
